How to Claim Your Prize

Winners are required to fill out a form with their accurate information for prize receipt. This form will be made available on the campaign page at the time of the winner announcement. The required information includes:

• Card Serial Number or Wallet Serial No. for verification

• Reward Receiving Information: Including recipient, shipping address, and contact phone number

The form must be submitted before Aug. 29th, 2025 to ensure timely receipt of your prize. Delays in submitting your information could result in prize forfeiture.
