ORDERING AND PAYMENT

When entering your shipping address, please double-check that the region, full address, and recipient information are accurate. If the address needs to be corrected after the order is placed, couriers such as DHL may apply additional charges. This fee shall be covered by the recipient.
For deliveries within Taiwan, please enter the address in Traditional Chinese. For all other regions, please use English. -
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items:
- Domestic (Taiwan) orders: In-stock items will be shipped first. Pre-order items will be delivered separately once available.
- International orders: All items will be shipped together once the pre-order items arrive in stock. - Payment Methods Supported:
All orders paid with Bitpay require manual review. Our internal team will complete this process within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the payment is confirmed, an “Order Received – CoolWallet Purchase” email will be sent to your email address.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details. Please make sure to provide a valid email address to receive timely updates on your order status.
Order Status Overview:
- Paid: Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll begin processing your order. Please note that orders cannot be modified at this stage. If you need to update any information, please contact the CoolWallet team immediately at support@coolbitx.com.
- Shipping: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery Schedule
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM local time. Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
Taiwan Shipping
Orders within Taiwan are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery times may be delayed during holidays, periods of high order volume, or due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters.
International Shipping
For international orders, delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and the courier’s schedule.
Please be aware that customs processing and other external factors may cause additional delays in package delivery.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Product prices do not include shipping fees, customs duties, or any taxes imposed by the destination country. All applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Since these charges vary by country and we’re unable to provide an exact estimate, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing your order.

If Customs Duties Are Refused
Due to differing customs regulations worldwide, if the recipient refuses to pay the required duties or taxes, the goods may either be destroyed by local authorities or returned to CoolBitX. If the goods are destroyed, the recipient will bear the full loss. If the goods are returned to CoolBitX, the recipient may choose from the following options:
- Refund: We will issue a partial refund to the original payment method after deducting handling and return shipping fees.
- Re-shipment: The recipient may pay for re-shipping costs, and CoolBitX will assist in re-exporting the order.
If the Recipient Cannot Be Reached
If we are unable to contact the recipient after the order is placed, and the order remains unshipped, we will send a notification. If there is no response within seven (7) calendar days, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any handling fees.
